Carhatke Easy Return Policy
When a return is raised carhatke shall verify and check the authenticity of the complaint and If carhatke convinced the complaint is genuine the carhatke will process the complaint about the replacement. Always ensure before accepting the order that the packet is not damaged if a packet is in damage condition don't accept the packet and immediately inform carhatke at carhatke@gmail.com Or call us at 8287647700. If you received a damaged or faulty product then you have to notify carhatke in 48 Hours of working days after receiving the order. If you are failing to notify in 48 hours carhatke will not be liable for failure to return or replace the order. The product should be returned in good packaging and with the original invoice. The prepaid order will be refunded within 7-10 Days through online bank transfer or via check and COD order refunded in a bank account or cashback in your account.

Q: What should I do if receiving the wrong product.
Ans: If you are receiving a wrong a product then you have to notify us within 48 working hours, Carhatke will verify your complaint and resolve your issue. in this case, the refund is not applicable only replacement is applicable. Carhatke arrange reverse pickup for you, you have to pack the product properly. After receiving a product your replacement will be dispatch.

Q: If I did not like the product quality, can i return the product to carhatke.
Ans: If the description or images not matched with the original product then you can a returned product. Carhatke only accepts the return if the product description and images not matched the product. 

Q: If somebody orders on behalf of me and i no longer needed the product, can I return.
Ans: In this case, you can return the product but you have to bear courier charges both sided.

Cancelation by User

The request for cancellation of any order carhatke reserves all rights to accept or reject any request in any case.
