CarHatke- Return Policy

Carhatke is accepting the return of any product purchased from website. When you raise a return request, please make sure the product is unused, original packing of product in good condition and original invoice with you. 

When a return is raised carhatke shall verify and check the authenticity of the complaint and If carhatke convinced the complaint is genuine the carhatke will process the complaint about the replacement. 

Always ensure before accepting the order that packet is not damaged if a packet is in damage condition don't accept the packet and immediately inform carhatke at Mail id.

If you received a damaged or faulty product then you have to notify car hate in 48 Hours of working days after receiving the order. If you are failing to notify in 48 hours carhatke will not be liable for failure to return or replace the order. 

The product should be returned in good packaging and with the original invoice. 

Prepaid order will be refunded within 7-10 Days through online bank transfer or via check deep end of the current situation. 

COD order refunded in a bank account or cash back in your account. 

Cancelation by carhatke.

CarHatke reserved all the rights to refuse any cancel any order for any reason. The situation may include canceling your order due to availability of the product, quantity order from you, delivery pincode is non serviceable or error in pricing information. 

Cancelation by User

Request of cancellation of any order carhatke reserves all rights to accept or reject any request in any case. If carhatke get the notice of cancellation and the order has not been processed, carhatke will refund you 100% refund. However, if the order all ready process or shipped, carhatke will not be able to cancel that orders.
