At Carhatke, we take great care to ensure that all products are thoroughly inspected prior to packing. However, in rare cases, an item may still be found to be faulty upon receipt. In such an event, we offer a replacement product under the following conditions It is imperative that the product being returned is in its original, unused condition including all tags, components, and warranty card (if applicable), and is packed within its original box. Any indication of tampering or damage to the product by the customer or courier may result in a partial refund rather than a full refund.When returning a product, it is vital to ensure that it is packed securely and safely to prevent any damage during the return shipping process. We would like to emphasize that we cannot be held responsible for any damage that occurs during the return shipping process. In the event that you receive the wrong product and return it for replacement, and when we receive the product, it is found to be damaged, we cannot offer a refund or replacement.In the case of a warranty claim for a product, kindly note that you will be required to ship the product to us. Once the product is received, we will send it to our supplier for repair or replacement. The process may take 15-20 days. Once the product is repaired or replaced, we will ship it back to you. However, please note that you will be required to bear the courier charges for both sides.It should be noted that certain products, such as mats, armrests, chrome accessories, perfumes, polishes, and cleaning products, do not come with warranties as they are physical-use items. Decorative lights and some imported products may also not be covered under warranty.

Cancellation By Carhatke retains the right to cancel any order for any reason. The reasons for cancellation may include unavailability of the product, delivery to a non-serviceable Pincode, or errors in pricing information. If we receive your cancellation request before the order is processed, we will provide a 100% refund.
